Héctor Antonio Olivares Fernández: Biography Héctor Antonio Olivares Fernández was born in 1976. Chilean. He studied at instítuto de Bellas Artes where he stood out among his classmates, because of his impressive manual abilities. One of his hobbies, the comics, led him to study Art Direction at the Filming School of Viña del Mar. He is TV Director and Producer. He is continuously making Animated Shorts. But what he likes the most is to draw. That is his real passion.
